Who we are, and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Mindaugas Jaceris, an individual working as a sole trader in Lithuania, under the name Hekate Dreams. Reach us at support@hekatedreams.com.
These terms govern your use of this website only — hekatedreams.com. The Hekate Dreams app has not launched; when it does, it will have its own terms, and nothing here applies to it in advance. Using this site means you accept what follows.
What this site is
Three things: a description of a dream journal app we are building, a library of articles about dreams people commonly have, and a form to join the waitlist. Nothing is sold here. There is no account to create, and no part of this site is a paid service.
A note on what the library is — and is not
The articles here are reflective. They exist for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medicine, psychology, or therapy, and nothing in them is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Some of them touch on dreams about death, injury, and drowning, because people have those dreams and search for them. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional — they can do what an article about dreams cannot. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
No one can tell you what your dream means — including us. The library describes what dream themes commonly mean to people. It does not diagnose anything, and it is not written about you.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means one thing: we will email you about the launch. That is what the list is for, and we do not use it for anything else. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we will stop. How your address is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Joining is not a purchase and does not reserve anything. We are not promising a launch date, a price, a platform, or any particular feature — and if we decide not to launch at all, being on the list gives you no claim against us.
Age
You should be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. The library itself is open to read, but it is not written for children.
Our content
The articles, illustrations, name, and design of this site belong to us. Read them, quote a passage with credit, and share links freely — that is what they are for. What we ask you not to do is republish articles whole, copy the library in bulk, or pass the writing or the artwork off as someone else's.
Automated access is fine within what our robots.txt permits — including the AI crawlers it names explicitly. It is a real permission, not an oversight.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law or harm others, do not probe, overload, or disrupt it, and do not abuse the waitlist form — no submitting addresses that are not yours, and no automating signups. We may block access that does.
What we do not promise
This site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that any article is complete, current, or applicable to you. Dream interpretation is not a science and we do not present it as one.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you read here.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep every right that the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country gives you, and nothing here takes those away.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will change the date at the top, and tell the waitlist by email where the change affects them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes fall to the Lithuanian courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
